Hi I am Shannon 🙂 I have lived in Washington all my life, I love the beautiful PNW! I am a single mom to my son Zaydin, he is my WHY in life, being a single mom is so rewarding especially when I can add my passion of Real Estate! I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent for 7+ years now and found my passion in the transaction coordinating part of real estate. I love communicating with clients and making sure they understand the whole process. The reason I will stand out as a TC is the personal touch I will give on all transactions.
